Phonological Awareness and Alphabet Knowledge Standards (On-Demand)

Phonological awareness and alphabet knowledge are two of the foundational emergent literacy skills in prekindergarten. In this course, you will: 

1. Learn the purpose of the Every Child Ready Phonological Awareness and Alphabet Knowledge standards,
2. Identify instructional strategies to foster children’s literacy development using Every Child Ready curriculum and resources, and
3. Apply your knowledge of the standards to plan flexible and differentiated instruction to meet children’s diverse learning needs.
