Course Description
Explore the purpose and framework of the Every Child Ready Learning Lab component and how the standards are integrated into its lessons. Participants will examine best practices for preparing and facilitating Learning Lab, apply those practices to a sample lesson, and plan for effective instruction.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Learn the purpose and framework of the Learning Lab component.
- Observe how the Every Child Ready standards show up in the Learning Lab component.
- Explore the Best Practice Attributes for preparing and facilitating Every Child Ready Learning Lab.
- Apply knowledge of the component and best practice attributes to a sample Learning Lab lesson.
- Plan for Learning Lab instruction.
Completion Requirements
To earn 0.2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), participants must:
- Complete the asynchronous training course.
- Complete the course post-test with a score of 75% or higher.
