Full course description
In this training, we identify key aspects of the Every Child Ready Environmental Quality Scale and Centers Checklist. We develop an understanding of how a high-quality, play-based classroom learning environment can help to enrich and meaningful learning interactions with children. Additionally, we use the Environmental Quality Scale and Centers Checklist to practice identifying indicators of high-quality classroom environments. At the end of the training, you will have an opportunity to apply your knowledge by sharing a photo artifact from your classroom environment with our learning community.
Live training can be scheduled by directors with their Every Child Ready coach or point of contact, when available. Live training can also be purchased at an hourly rate when a campus does not have an Every Child Ready coach. To inquire about scheduling a live training at your campus please contact ECR Support.
AppleTree Institute is an authorized provider of the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) as well as many state-run Professional Development (PD) registries. Practitioners can earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and/or PD hours that can often go towards teaching certification renewals and other accreditation upon meeting the requirements for participation in live training.
