Centers Meeting (Live)

Course Description

Explore the purpose and framework of Every Child Ready Centers Meeting and its connection to Centers. Participants will examine best practices for preparing and facilitating Centers Meeting, apply those practices to a sample lesson, and plan for effective instruction.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Learn the purpose and framework of the Centers Meeting component.
• Identify the relationship between Centers and Centers Meeting.
• Explore best practices for preparing and facilitating Every Child Ready Centers Meeting.
• Apply knowledge of the component and best practice attributes to a sample Centers Meeting lesson.
• Plan for Centers Meeting instruction.

Completion Requirements

To earn 0.1 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), participants must:

• Attend the full 1-hour live training.
• Complete the course post-test with a score of 75% or higher.

Scheduling Live Training

Directors may schedule live training with their Every Child Ready coach or point of contact, based on availability. Campuses without an Every Child Ready coach may purchase live training at an hourly rate. To learn more or request a training for your campus, please contact ECR Support.
